The role of the community of practice in realizing knowledge management processes

Abstract: The community of practice is a pillar of knowledge management and the operationalization of its processes. Its work focuses on interaction around the application of knowledge, so this study aims to assess the conceptual relationship between the community of practice and knowledge management processes using the descriptive approach. The results indicated the need to work with the concept of community of practice for its role in achieving the reflection of kM processes.
