Abstract: Analyze the current state of human resources and the impact of human resources in supporting Thai ethnic households on their ability to escape poverty and propose specific solutions to improve human resources. Support Thai ethnic households in Thanh Hoa to escape Province sustainably. Semi-structured interviews with 1,200 questionnaires representing Thai ethnic households in Thanh Hoa province. Statistics describe the current situation, multivariate regression tests, and two-variable correlation analysis clarify the influence of human resources on the ability of ethnic households to escape poverty, thereby proposing special solutions. aim to enhance human resources to support Thai ethnic households in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam to escape poverty sustainably.
