Abstract:
This research aims at analyzing the influence of discipline, motivation, and leadership towards the employees’ performance at Makassar Lantamal VI office, and recognizing the factors affecting dominantly. This research was a survey study involving 266 State Government employee but only 73 employees were determined as the samples. Analysis approach was multiple linear regression analyses. The findings indicate that discipline, motivation and leadership influence positively the staffs’ performance at Makassar Lantamal VI office.
