The Impact of Training Sessions on Job Performance of Employees at Income Tax and Sales Department in Irbid Province

Abstract: The paper aims to determine the impact of training sessions on job performance of employees at Income Tax and Sales Department in Irbid Province. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method due to its appropriateness with the study nature by returning to previous references and sources that dealt with the study topic, and through the preparation of a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample by distributing it on (53) trained employees. Results showed a statistically significant impact related to the content of training sessions on job performance, where F-value amounted to (32.006). The researcher recommends that Income Tax Department should focus on developing the different skills of employees in the department, due to its positive impact on job performance.
