Management of Teachers’ Creative Activity Development

Abstract: The paper justifies the management of teachers' creative activity development based on best practices described by Seit Kaskabasov. It analyzes and generalizes the theoretical positions of the modern state of the problem of teachers' creative activity development based on available psychological and pedagogical scientific research. It also contains the description of the creation and experimental testing of a creative activity development model applied to university teachers. The results of the study are recommended for practical use in universities to improve the effectiveness of the managerial qualities of the teaching staff.
