Academic Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies, 2023, vol. 12

Abstract: This study empirically examines the influence of emotional intelligence on entrepreneurial success using a quantitative research survey administered to a sample of 306 Saudi entrepreneurs. The results revealed that emotionally intelligent entrepreneurs are more likely to succeed in their new venture. Furthermore, the research findings identified differences in the influence of emotional intelligence dimensions on entrepreneurship success. The findings of this study offer useful implications for entrepreneurs and practitioners who provide resources to entrepreneurial startups.
