Albanian Parliament and Reforms in the Education Sector in 1928- 1933

Abstract: Albanian Parliament during the years 1928-1933, where National education had a broad and complex treatment. In discussions of these years, were treated issues such as amendments to the legal framework of the education system, problems of scholarship funds, territories for foreign schools, the situation of migrant students etc.. Most important issues of these years, were the discussion and approval in February 1933 the Decree-Law on Prevention of Albanian students attending foreign schools and changed in April 1933 with the Articles 206, 207 of the Basic Statute of the Kingdom of Albania, which stipulates the closure of private schools in Albania.
