Computer simulation of a small information system

Abstract:
This paper illustrates how computer simulation techniques can be used to simulate information systems. A computer program for a small system was written in GPSS III (a special simulation language) and run in an IBM‐7090 Computer. The results obtained and the types of conclusions drawn are briefly discussed.
