M. Mushkat

Development and Change, 1975, vol. 6, issue 3, 75-82

Abstract: The study of public policy outcomes is one of the major responsibilities of political science. T. R. Dye The author is heavily indebted to Professor S. E. Finer of All Souls College, Oxford, for his encouragement and help. Yet he alone bears the responsibility for the outcome.
