House Price Measurement: The Hybrid Hedonic Repeat‐Sales Method

Callum Jones

The Economic Record, 2010, vol. 86, issue 272, 95-97

Abstract: This article supplements James Hansen’s (2009) recent article on the measurement of house prices in Australia. It provides a specific outline of the hybrid hedonic repeat‐sales measure, a model which combines the hedonic and repeat‐sales approaches examined in Hansen.
