Enhancing Europe’s Global Power in Asia 2030

Abstract: As Asia undergoes tectonic power shifts, many states in the region are looking for reassurance and like‐minded partners to help uphold and defend shared common interests. An enhanced European presence could prove welcome, if European power is projected and communicated in the right ways.
