International Journal of Urban and Regional Research, 2009, vol. 33, issue 1, 237-240
Abstract:
Abstract From a pragmatist perspective this essay suggests how media practices as transactions (in terms of content, emotion, aesthetic power and in relation to everyday practices) might contribute to a dispersed form of communicative rationality which has implications for understanding urban democracy.
