The Reporting of Empirical Work in Economics
J. J. Thomas
Journal of the Royal Statistical Society Series C, 1967, vol. 16, issue 2, 172-176
Abstract:
While more and more empirical work is being published in economic journals, the standard of presentation of statistical analysis often leaves much to be desired. This note considers (a) the presentation of the data that have been used in the investigation and (6) the reporting of regression analysis, and suggests possible improvements in the reporting of empirical work.
