Journal of the Royal Statistical Society Series C, 1968, vol. 17, issue 1, 17-32
Abstract:
The NBD/LSD theory describes the results of a wide range of empirical studies of consumers' repeat‐buying of non‐durable goods. The paper tries to show in simple terms what some of the results mean and to illustrate their usefulness by summarising some of the practical applications that have been made.
