Replacement Rules for Single and Multi‐Component Equipment

Abstract:
Replacement models are reviewed for industrial equipment which consists of one or several components assembled together. The methods and techniques for determining optimum and near‐optimum replacement rules are summarized. The emphasis is on rules which are easy to calculate and use.
