A Simplified Attribute Sampling Scheme

Abstract: The authors propose an acceptance sampling scheme which involves estimating one cost parameter, specifying the process average, and choosing one level of risk. There is strong evidence to suggest that the plan is close to optimum, and it has the added advantage of being extremely simple.
