Some Remarks on the Analysis of Crossover Trials with a Binary Response

V. T. Farewell

Journal of the Royal Statistical Society Series C, 1985, vol. 34, issue 2, 121-128

Abstract: The possible sources of information on the treatment effect in a cross‐over trial with a binary response are examined. In the context of Gart's (1969) logistic regression mode! for matched pairs, proposals to improve upon Gart's conditional analysis are examined. The use of a general logistic regression model is considered.
