Construction of Row and Column Designs with Contiguous Replicates

Abstract: The problem of constructing row and column designs with contiguous replicates has been looked at recently by Williams and John and Eccleston. The different approaches of these two papers have been combined to develop a computer program and efficiency criteria for constructing a class of designs which have wide applicability.
