Systems Research and Behavioral Science, 2025, vol. 42, issue 6, 1891-1901

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analyse the factors that influence the low usage of technology orders in Brazil. A systematic literature review was conducted to analyse the theoretical aspects and findings from case studies related to the challenges of implementing this process. The information obtained at this stage enabled a comparison to be made between the potential of technology orders and the opportunities for improvement observed in the national innovation system. The study helped to develop an understanding of the multidimensional nature of technology orders, which connects achieving results with the necessity of implementing appropriate methods and approaches.
