Abstract:
The only thing that separates companies from all others in this whole world is the smartness of their people or so called the intellectual capital. Investing in people's intellectual capital will get a greater return to the company. In a highly competitive marketplace, leadership is a key business strategy used by organizations of all shapes and sizes. Designed and implemented well, it benefits the individual leader, the work unit and the overall organization. Organizations put models and mission statements together and leaders establish strategic plans and operating goals to provide the direction. So, organizations must be managed, leaders must be inspirational; and leaders don’t just create followers, they develop and allow other leaders to emerge.
