Abstract: In this paper I have shown that with the evolution of technology, networks and the Internet have become an almost daily necessity, being an essential part of our individual, economic and social life. On their well-functioning depend our governmental, commercial and even personal activities. The modern information society is already a reality, which ignores frontiers which may pass any spatial or temporal limitations due to the communication system. Economy, politics and society today are based ever more on a computerized infrastructure.
