Abstract:
Romania is at the beginning of the pension system implementation. It is very likely that, among all social classes, the reform of the pensions system is addressed less to the pensioners (retired workers). In fact, it is mainly addressed to the generations which are nowadays at the beginning of the career. In this paper I try to make a presentation of adopted reforms in UE and how our country could realize the implementation of the reform, comparative with the others countries which are part of UE.
