Abstract:
The article contains the description of the development process and current trends of transnational corporations in the World economy as well as in the Republic of Moldova. Their impact on the home and host economies is also shown. The role of corporations in the economic growth of the country, trends, and functioning process are shown according to the period of 2005 – 2007.
