Abstract: In this paper are investigated correlations between prices and wages. Were analyzed the prices of food essentials of the market compared to some countries in the European Union and the USA. In the research process were put in evidence the main consequences of the functioning of the Moldovan market prices. Conclusions were formulated and proposed solutions to harmonize the development of market relations.
