Abstract:
The present article is on overview of the change of the entrepreneur s value system in the process of development of the business under the joint effect of a complex of various internal as well as external factors. The analysis is twofold – a study of the degree of change observed in the significance of values in the development of the business and a ranking of the values by importance to the entrepreneur in the beginning and after the start on the business. By combining the values of the above criteria there has been built a matrix, in which there have been identified three value zones in accordance with the degree of influence those have over the behaviour of the entrepreneur and managerial decisions in the process of development of the business activity. There are drawn some conclusions concerning the effect of the transformation under study over the economic and social behaviour of the entrepreneur.
