Abstract: This paper aims to address the issue of human resources development, especially of education and training of people in an industry that heavily depends on the performance of its employees in dealing directly with the customer. In a changing world, the tourism industry is changing also, globalization and technology are important factors in this respect, and human resources have to keep pace with all these changes
