Abstract:
This article proposes an analysis of developments in corporate strategies in terms of economic turbulence. Thus, some questions are emerging: How do institutions function in a period of strong turbulences? In what way do they monitor the strategic adaptations in order to face there turbulences? Crisis may assume / accelerate some institutional convergence between countries with rapid economic growth and developed countries?.
