Abstract: It is increasingly present the understanding of the fact that achieving the objectives of multinational organizations imposes the finding and using of the most appropriate strategies to ensure the optimal valuing framework of human resources potential. Among these, the promotion of human resources becomes a constant and beneficial preoccupation for any other multinational organization. Therefore, the approach of some theoretical issues relating to the promotion of human resources in multinational organizations, and also the presentation of some results of a field investigation carried out in order to identify the peculiarities of promoting human resources in multinational organizations are the main objectives on which we focused in this paper.
