Abstract:
Human resources are an important asset of an organization's economy. Organizations have found that the introduction of the HR among company's strategic activities, can minimize problems arising in connection with staff. A HR department can effectively increase the stability and can increate the staff loyalty rate within an organization, making employees to feel valued, well- placed in the company, telling them what is expected of them and what they can expect from the employer.
