Abstract: The world goes to globalization. There are existential problems for her, only from a global perspective reply. Among these: endemics, epidemics and pandemics. With a tens and thousands of years old, plague, leprosy, cholera, and flu of all sorts, typhus, especially tuberculosis, have done and still make hundreds of millions of victims. What are the causes? How can we? reply? What to do? There are questions from which economic perspective, we seek to respond in this study.
