Abstract: Effective sales monitoring provides the manager with a host of important information that helps him to have a realistic insight into the customer, which is the company's most important category of business partner. Therefore, learning as much information about the target audience of current and potential customers will enable the manager to find the right approach to both reward existing ones and address the new ones and communicate it to the team. In-depth customer knowledge will enable the company to offer, now and in the future, a customer experience that will lead to greater brand engagement, brand awareness and, ultimately, sales. Equally, the information obtained helps to modify products or services marketed to meet customers' needs as much as possible and to reduce problems or failures that may arise from signing the contract until delivery of the contract product or service.
