Abstract: The contemporary organizations reflect a part of the needs and values of the society in which we live. One of the essential issues of human resources in organizations represents the union of individuals' efforts to achieve certain objectives undertaken by the managers of organization. The objectives can be achieved only if the actions of individuals are organized both in fields of activity and at company level in general.
