REFLECTIONS ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MOMENTUM IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR ORGANISATIONS

Abstract: Taking in consideration the actual stage for the economy we will analyzed some transformation that are necessary in order to survive, especially for small and medium enterprise but of course that can be apply at all levels from individual to government. The degree of digitalization of the activity was a key factor in the impact that the crisis generated by this pandemic. We noticed in our study that Small and Medium Enterprises in our city but also around the globe are being still behind the larger organizations in terms of technology adoption. This small and medium size companies must now more than ever to adopt to the new digitalize era. The remarks from this study could be very relevant for governments in developing policies to ensure that Small and Medium Enterprises benefit from what they need to recover.
