Abstract: The pandemic has brought changes in every aspect of life, both personally and professionally. The business environment is characterized by volatility, uncertainty, and constant change. The digital age identifies and accelerates the pace of change. In this context the current article presents the ways the companies changes their recruitments methods, because only being agile, flexible, adaptable and innovative in any crisis they can give birth to innovation! In terms of employment, the forecast for 2020-2021 was certainly uncertain. Adapting to change made all the difference and digitalization was the key to change.
