Abstract:
The paper analyzes the dynamics of land as the main part of real estate market in the context of economic crisis. In determining the role that real estate had in the appearance of economic crisis have been analyzed data covering the dynamics of land along with information concerning the value of land prices at EU level and theturnover value indices for real estate transactions. Therefore, we can say that the dynamics of land was strongly influenced by the high attractiveness of agricultural land prices and hence real estate market developments representing a important cause that created economic crisis .
