ROMANIAN HUMAN CAPITAL OVERVIEW DURING THE CURRENT ECONOMIC CRISIS

Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to conduct an overview upon the use of human capital in Romania and to analyze its forms of erosions during the current crisis period. The study will be based on the Governments policies and its effective use on the labor market. Also, this work will indicate the measures that Romanian state can take in order to avoid loss of human capital and to prevent its damage, and will provide the measures that will stimulate the use of human capital in Romania.
