THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND THE INFLUENCE OF NON QUALITY ON CONSUMERS

Abstract:
Quality of life decreases from year to year and one of the reasons is the access to poor quality products in many situations affecting health and safety of consumers. In this category the impact on quality of life are part and counterfeit products, becoming more present and more diversified. In order to determine, quantify and analyze the level of domestic consumer perception of the phenomenon of counterfeit goods, we used a random statistical research. Lack of primary or secondary national statistics on counterfeiting and identify the factors qualitative (perception) imposed this type of observation.
