Abstract:
Globalization continues to head the debate over the new economic order and its complexity fuels the arguments of both supporters and opponents. Nevertheless globalization creates practical situations for governments that need to make decision with major implications for the national social and economic life. Departing from this point the paper addresses the need of decision makers by providing information and explanation on the national effects and their rational. The operational potential of this information is hindered by the balanced support of facts for both side reasoning.
