Abstract: One of the most important strategic alternatives specific to the companies that afford playing on several markets or fields and need a strategic vision of operation in this regard is represented by relational strategies. The relational strategies represent therefore a combination between the offensive and defensive character of the organizational behaviour and the preponderantly offensive managerial vision, focused on development and progress both at the level of the organization value chain and at the level of market performances.
