Abstract: The paper summarizes the mechanism for obtaining a patent and presents a clear picture of how the international bodies involved in the process of patenting of inventions and patent-pending isfunctioning. Explore, in a specific marketing vision, the ways to motivate and help inventors to patent their discoveries. Also investigates the reasons why some offices are receiving more patent applications than others, and the methods by which are able to analyze them in less time. Finally it is shown how, using marketing techniques, patent offices can streamline their work to support all the involved parties.
