Abstract:
Nowadays many owners and managers of Czech firms face a problem of finding the right way of development of their enterprise. There is a major share of almost 99 per cent of small and medium-sized enterprises in the economy of the Czech Republic. The owners are very often the only one person in the top management of the firm and they do not have a sparring partner inside the own company do discuss strategic aims and decisions. This paper deals with the theme how to coach a firm on the size level of SME. Coaching instead of consulting can bring a better and quicker improvement in the development progress in a firm.
