Abstract: The article deals with corporate culture strength and its reference to cubcultures in an organization. The aim of research was to specify corporate culture strength in chosen grocery company and short description of its cubcultures. Within the discussion we summary relationship between corporate culture strength and organization performance and its utilize to praxis.
