Abstract:
The management quality, the quality of the products, service and prosperities of the firms is among others dependent on the erudition and competition of the managers. Managers are obligated to create the atmosphere for improvement and looking for way to the enterprises competitiveness. This is why the managers must be responsible for own education and self - development knowledge, learning and training. It is necessary for managers of the small and medium-sized enterprises and the method of the effective coaching can support them in that case.
