Abstract: Districkt Tábor has thanks his position in Czech Republic the big developing potential. Basic precondition for its economic growth and development is especially efficient usage of his strengths and opportunities and minimalization of negative pages (weakness and threats) that are formulated in paper for labour market. The paper was created thanks solving the research programme MSM 6007665806.
