Abstract: During the last two decades many authors recommended introduction of so called process oriented approach and replace thus the previously functional system. This paper deals with experience of the company Zeelandia, Ltd., which introduced this system as a necessity to receive certification of ISO Standards 9001 relating to quality management. But recognition of processes, appointing managers to each process and formulation of control indicators created also better conditions for following organization of production.
