Abstract:
Within recent ten years, authors of this paper have been regularly analysed with economic-statistical methods the profit/loss of a selected sample of farms producing in different climate-production conditions. Long-term tendencies based on this analysis and factors influencing these tendencies have been defined. The best profit loss within the whole period under investigation was reached in 2007. The rate of profit increased consequently and overreached 4%. A decrease in the number of workers connected with an increase of the labour productivity can be seen as a long-term tendency. Similarly, agricultural subsidies have been increasing although their increase has been slowed. Supported by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (Grant No. MSM 6007665806).
