Abstract:
The article deals with the problems of facility management and with the questions of coaching in the area of business activities, of management and of teaching. Facility Management is the method of perfect harmonisation of workers, of working environment and of processes of organisations. This method brings the saving of time, sites, of costs etc. Coaching means the method of optimisation of utilisation of human potential universally, of managers, of co-operators, students, of whole organisation. Connection of methods of facility management and of coaching creates synergic effect. The analysis of working time of managers of schools is the component of the article.This paper was realised in the frame of the research project of National Programme of Research No. II of Ministry of Education, Young and Sports "Managerial audit as a support tool for sustainable development of small and medium enterprises".
