Abstract: The article is dealing with the Pull Princip as a means of production and logistics management and selected tools used in a given company. The Pull Princip is to be considered as a system directly connected to customer's requirements, which must be addressed and flexibly addressed by the company. The speed of response to customer's requirements is currently a very significant competitive factor. The necessary presumptions for the functioning of the whole system are adjusted manufacturing and logistical processes.
