Abstract: The article deals with review of situation of the stategic leading in the small and middle enterprises in the South region and the knowledge of the method Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The target is to clear up the importace of strategic leading and strategy, because the modern company in a market world in the present needs unique and understandable preferences, rules, demands and criteria for evaluation. Results of our analysis are: the most firms try to use their written strategy into the leading of a company, further almost the all these firms do a target analysis. A lower knowledge of the method BSC can be considered to be expected with regard to recent introduction of this method. We can use the method BSC like basic pillar of modern strategic leading system, which helps company to fulfil the defined targets.
