Abstract: Non-governmental non-profit organizations are significant actors in the sphere of social services nowadays. The goal of this thesis is to prove that non-government non-profit organizations working in the sphere of social services are progressively being professionalized, reaching the same level as the state authorities in this sphere, and becoming significant and irreplaceable subjects especially for the users of their services.
